Alyce Little is the Co-owner of APL Properties, LLC and leads the Property Management department. Alyce is an experienced real estate broker specializing in property management. Under her leadership, the Property Management department has grown and prospered. She has practiced real estate in Arizona, Colorado and California. Alyce has held her Real Estate Broker's License for 30 years and is credited with the GRI designation. Paul’s experience includes 12 years of Exclusive Buyer Brokering together with many years of Custom Home Building. Paul maintained a Broker's License in three states for over 20 years; and has completed in excess of three hundred 1031 Tax-deferred Exchange transactions; has closed hundreds of transactions including Residential, Farms, Ranches, Land Parcels, Commercial Sales and Leasing. Repeat and referral transactions have accounted for a large percentage of his volume.
Paul loves sharing his discoveries in real estate with his customers. Living in Tucson since 1985, Paul considers his ‘vocation’ in real estate to be Fun in the Sun!
